Nurenta Global Concept Ltd built the Nurenta app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Nurenta Global Concept Ltd and is intended for use as is.

During this process, we collect facial images (photos/selfies) directly from your device's camera. These images are used solely for real-time identity verification. We do not collect, generate, or store any mathematical representations (such as faceprints, embeddings, templates, or other derived biometric data) beyond what is transiently processed during the verification.

How We Use Your Facial Images

The facial images are used exclusively for:

  • One-time identity verification to confirm that you are the legitimate account holder.
  • Liveness detection to prevent fraud (ensuring a real person is present, not a photo or spoof).

This data is NOT used for any other purpose, including:

  • Ongoing authentication or login.
  • Marketing, advertising, profiling, analytics, personalization, or tracking.
  • Building or enriching user profiles.
  • Any secondary or commercial purposes.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your facial images or any related biometric information with any third parties. The images are processed and handled solely by our secure systems under our direct control. No third-party services, SDKs, processors, or vendors access this data.

Facial images are processed securely with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel solely for the purpose of completing the verification.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support (though this may prevent Tier 2 upgrade).
