How do I convert Airtime to Cash?

What is Instant Airtime to Cash?

Instant Airtime to Cash is Nurenta's fully automated conversion service, with no need to transfer the airtime yourself. The system automatically deducts the airtime from your SIM after OTP authorization, and your wallet is credited almost immediately — allowing you to withdraw your funds within seconds.

What is Manual Airtime to Cash?

Manual Airtime to Cash requires you to manually transfer the airtime by dialing *321# on your SIM. A number is generated for you in our app to send your airtime to. After sending your airtime to the generated number, go back to the app to submit your airtime to cash request. Our operators confirm your airtime and then approve your request for your wallet to be credited. Successful transactions are usually completed within 5–30 minutes.

Which networks do you support?

We support all major Nigerian networks:

  • MTN
  • Airtel
  • Glo
  • 9mobile

If a network is temporarily unavailable, it is usually due to network downtime. Please try again later.

Do you accept recharge card PINs?

No. We only accept airtime transferred directly from your mobile line.

Do you accept VTU airtime?

No. Virtual Top-Up (VTU) airtime cannot be converted to cash.

Can bonus airtime or data be converted to cash?

No. Only transferable airtime can be converted. Bonus airtime and mobile data are not eligible.

What are the default Airtime Transfer PINs?
  • MTN – 1234
  • Airtel – 1234
  • Glo – 00000
  • 9mobile – 0000

If you have changed your transfer PIN and forgotten it, kindly contact your network provider to reset it.

What are your Airtime to Cash rates?

Our conversion rates are dynamic and may change depending on market conditions and network providers. However, Nurenta remains committed to offering some of the most competitive rates available.

How long does it take to receive my Airtime to Cash payment?
  • Instant Airtime to Cash: usually within a few seconds
  • Manual Airtime to Cash: usually between 5 and 30 minutes
Can I perform multiple Airtime to Cash transactions?

Yes. There is no restriction on the number of transactions you can perform. Our platform operates 24/7.

Do you refund airtime?

No. Transferred airtime cannot be reversed. However, every successful airtime transfer received by Nurenta will be processed according to our terms, provided valid proof of transfer is available.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

My withdrawal has not arrived. What should I do?

Withdrawals are processed automatically. If your account has not been credited, it is usually due to a temporary bank network delay. If the delay persists, kindly contact our Customer Support for immediate assistance.

What is the withdrawal fee?

A flat fee of ₦30 applies to every wallet withdrawal.

What should I do if my wallet has not been credited?

If your wallet has not been credited after a successful transaction, kindly contact our Customer Support and provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Phone number
  • Network
  • Amount
  • Screenshot (if available)

How do I become a Nurenta Agent?

You can migrate to an Agent Account for a one-time fee of ₦5,000. Benefits include:
